Three-Fourths Guarantee: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Overtime hours will be available to the worker under this job offer and payable for every hour worked at the rate of $26.87.

Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements for a non-profit school by using a computer programmed with Intuit QuickBooks accounting software. Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure that taxes are paid properly and on time. Organize, analyze, and maintain financial records in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Establish Chart of Accounts appropriate for non-profit school, and assign entries to proper accounts. Maintain a lapsing schedule of fixed assets and keep track of prepaid expenses. Record depreciation and amortization on a monthly basis. Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Assess financial operations, identify risks and challenges, make best-practices recommendations to management and suggest ways to reduce costs. Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees on a bi-weekly pay frequency. Reconcile bank accounts by using bank statements and make journal entries on reconciling items. Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts and prepare monthly adjusting journal entries. Process invoices for payment. Create invoices, review, analyze and verify accounts receivable. Prepare yearly wage and tax statements and annual reconciliation of taxes withheld. Prepare year-end financial statements and necessary schedules and reports for the independent auditor for annual audit.
